Can I drop off instead of booking a pickup?
Yes. Drop-off is at the Stonebridge community in Zephyrhills, Tori's only drop-off point, and it's free. You'll get the details when Tori texts to confirm your booking, so you know where and when to arrive.
Is pickup available at my address?
Send your address and preferred timing, and Tori will confirm whether the trip works before you book. Pickup is $10 within 5 miles and $15 for 6–10 miles of Stonebridge. Farther out, just ask.
Can I bring two seats together?
Yes. Book both seats, or ask Tori for help, so the booking covers both and the two-seat discount ($10 off) applies.
Can you get out a stain or odor?
Tell Tori about it before the appointment. We can't promise every mark will disappear, and cleaning doesn't repair damage or resolve a recall.
When can I collect my seat?
Drop-offs start as early as 6 AM. Drop off before noon and it's ready the same day. After noon, it's ready the next day. Most cleanings take 4–6 hours.
Do you follow my seat's manual?
Yes! It's my most important detail. Every brand and model has its own care rules, and I follow them so your gear holds up and lasts.
Do you install the seat back in my car?
No. Tori follows your manufacturer's steps to reassemble the seat, but putting it back in your vehicle is the owner's responsibility.
It's really, really bad. Can you help?
Whether the car seat is clean or dirty, you're still a good mom! This is a judgment-free zone. Give me a heads up so I come prepared, and I'll always do my best.
